CLUTCHES
The car clutch is something that you use extensively while driving. So you need to make sure that it is in good working condition. Although the clutch normally lasts for an average of 5 years, the actual lifetime of your car’s clutch really depends on the way you drive and the journeys you make. Using your clutch to move the car from a stationary position wears it out more. Therefore driving in the city where you will have to stop like a hundred times because of traffic will wear out the clutch more than driving on motorways.
Your car’s exhaust pipe serves a number of purposes, but it needs to be in good condition and working well for you to get the best fuel economy possible and reduce the CO2 emissions produced by your car. Exhaust systems are prone to damage from a number of different sources, whether they come from external knocks and bumps or from corrosion caused by the age of the vehicle. For that reason it’s important to check your exhaust pipe for physical damage at least once every 6,214 miles, or once a year- whichever comes around first.
Your car's suspension system is an intricate network of cooperating components designed to give you a smooth, even, stable ride. Since the suspension is ground zero when it comes to road abuse, the parts wear out, and even break. If your car doesn't seem to ride like it used to, you may have a problem down below.
